General: Making the move from cather to third base ... on the verge of becoming one of Miami’s all-time leaders for career hits, doubles, at bats, RBIs and walks.
2001: Led the team in runs (18), hits (46) and RBIs (23), tied for the team lead in triples (2), home runs (2) and total bases (60), ranked second in at bats (153), slugging percentage (.392) and multi-hit games (11) and tied for second in walks (13) ... her .301 batting average and .363 on-base percentage were third best on the club ... notched back-to-back three-hit games against Buffalo (5/4/01-5/5/01), including a 3-for-3, two-run, four-RBI performance in a 6-2 win on 5/5 ... went 8-for-18 (.444) in six games at the Softball NIT in San Jose, CA. ... named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2000: Named to the Auburn Wareagle Classic All-Tournament Team … crushed a team-high five home runs, which ties for third on Miami’s single-season list … also nailed a team-best 10 doubles … led the RedHawks with a .504 slugging percentage and 15 walks … ranked second on the team in batting average (.304), hits (38), runs (18) and RBIs (21) … went on an 11-game hitting streak, the longest of the season for any RedHawk … recorded a career-high three RBIs in a 3-1 win over Kent State … named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
1999: Ranked third on the team in runs scored with 23 ... tallied 38 hits to tie for fourth on the club ... notched seven multi-hit games ... enjoyed one of her best games at the plate in an 8-7 win at Akron on April 25, going 3-for-3 and scoring three runs ... nailed nine doubles to rank second on the team ... led the team in assists with 96.
Prior to Miami: Was a first-team all-Great Lakes and Northwest District selection as a sophomore, junior and senior ... garnered first-team all-Ohio accolades as a senior and second-team all-Ohio recognition as a junior ... named Fremont Ross softball MVP as a senior and was the team’s batting champion and Golden Glove award-winner as a junior and senior ... participated on the district all-star team in 1997 and 1998 ... amassed a .540 batting average and .986 fielding percentage her senior campaign ... earned Milford Ross’ Academic Gold Medal (4.0 and up) all four years.
